
Chicken Jockeys are hostile mobs that have a very small chance to spawn. They are chickens ridden by Baby Zombie or Baby Zombie Pigman . It is one of the two jockeys in Minecraft, the other one being Spider Jockey.
Spawn[]
Every Baby Zombie/Zombie Pigman have a very small chance to spawn as the chicken jockey. However, if a Chicken is near the chances will be increased.
Baby Zombie Chicken Jockeys[]
Baby Zombie chicken jockeys have a small chance to spawn naturally in the Overworld. The player can also spawn one by using Zombie Spawn Egg , but it will spawn very rarely. The zombie spawn egg is only in creative mode. and You can use commands.
Baby Zombie Pigmen Chicken Jockeys[]
Baby Zombie Pigman Chicken jockeys have a small chance to spawn naturally in the Nether. The player can also spawn one by using Zombie spawn egg, but it will spawn very rarely.
Combat[]
Baby Zombies take separate damage, which means the player can't damage both Zombie and Chicken with a hit. An iron or diamond sword would be useful, but the player should first kill the Baby Zombie first.
Trivia[]
- Once the Chicken Jockey enters on water, the Baby Zombie/Pigman will jump off.
- Baby Zombies/Pigmen and chickens will not die by falling from high places, as Chickens don't take fall damage.
- Upon death, the Chicken Jockey will drop 22 experience points.
