The Frienderman is a passive mob that spawns in the End and occasionally the Overworld (at both day and night). The Frienderman is about the size of and resembles an Enderman, but with purple stripes on the lower arms and legs. It also has two dark purple pixels on each of its eyes with the white pixel in the center. As its name suggests, the Frienderman is passive and will not attack players even if the player looks directly at its eyes or if it is provoked. Instead, it will try to escape by teleporting, and it can teleport much farther than Endermen.
Friendermen can spawn naturally in both daytime and nighttime in the Overworld, and will not despawn unlike many passive mobs. In the End, the Friendermen spawn in End Villages, where they replace Overworld Villagers and, like Villagers, can open and close doors. Unlike Villagers and like Humans and Dylanuses, however, can be equipped with armor and (like Humans and players only) with farming tools for obtaining Chorus Fruits. Like Villagers, Friendermen can trade with players, although with more useful items such as Eye of Ender and Blaze Rod, to name a few. Friendermen will always trade with players if the player has malachite, similarly to how Wandering Traders will trade players with emeralds.
