Hornbills are passive animals that spawn in the Jungles in the Overworld. They were seen at Minecon Live 2022, as one of the developers favorite animal is the hornbill. They eat mangos and berries.

Hornbills are large birds with a mostly black coloration, with yellow beaks and an white upper body.
Behavior[]
A Rufous Hornbill
Hornbills are passive and spawn either alone or in flocks. If one Hornbill is attacked, the whole flock flees. Hornbills are very fast, able to outpace many predators. Periodically, Hornbills drop Hornbill Feathers, which can be used to brew the Potion of Slow Falling.
