The Illusioner is a new Illager added in the World of Colors update. They don't have a spawn egg, and can only be spawned on commmand:/summon illusion_illager. They have arrows with blindness effect they shoot at the player, when you hit them they would make illusion and be more than one Illusioner and the duplicated were not hurt when you hit them.
This mob is only exclusive to Minecraft Java Edition and not found on MCPE or Bedrock Edition
