Leech

Leech are annoying little hostile worms that hook onto an armor slot and causes damage. They continue to cause damage to the player until the player takes it off. It can be prevented by wearing armor, as they can't replace themselves in the armor slot, they can only add themselves to the armor slots, not replace them. Thankfully, the player can know if a leech is on them, as the leech give the player the "Pest" effect. The effect itself does not do anything, but the leech does.

Uses[]

Leeches can be picked up in water bottles, which may seem weird, but if the player has a bad effect, the player can equip the leech into an armor slot, however, after the leech removes the bad effect, it will apply weakness. This is worse than a milk bucket, but is good if there is no milk on you, and can get worse effects like wither or poison off of you, and leeches are not a one-time use like milk, and instead can be used 5 times before the leech succumbs to the bad effects and die. Leeches live in swamp-water, and moves slowly underwater, but are small and camouflaged, meaning the player can easily step on a leech unknowingly, which causes the leech to attach. Alternatively, you can breed fish like trout, or other animals like terrapin and frogs, with leeches.
