Appearance[]
Lemurs come in nine different variants: gray with a striped tail (ring-tailed lemur), black and white (black-and-white ruffed), red and black (red ruffed), brown and black (common brown), brown and red (mongoose), gray and brown (crowned), orange and gray (diademed sifaka) white and brown (Coquerel's sifaka), and black and gray (aye-aye).
Behavior[]
Lemurs are passive and spawn in either small or large troops. If one Lemur is attacked, the whole troop flees. Lemurs are able to climb up trees vertically, and can obtain fruits from tree Leaves such as Apples. Depending on a variant, based on the real life species they're based on, they can spawn natural either during the day or at night.
Taming[]
Lemurs can be tamed by feeding it Bananas, and can be commanded to sit, wander, and follow. Unlike untamed Lemurs, Tamed Lemurs are used to help alert players of monsters by making loud, high-pitched calls, which they don't make when monsters are not nearby. Tamed Lemurs can also fight monsters by smacking with their fists. Tamed lemurs can also obtain fruits (including bananas) from the trees (even the highest trees) if commanded by the player.
Breeding[]
Lemurs can be bred with Golden Apples.
