Snake

Snakes are neutral mobs that can be obtained only through mods. They have 5 hearts. They attack the player when provoked.

Spawning

They spawn naturally in forests, but may also spawn in caves. The player can spawn them artificially through a snake spawn egg.

Drops

They drop reptile meat when killed.

Combat

Because they are neutral mobs, they attack the player when provoked. Iron sword or above is recommended but armor is not that important, due to their low life.
